PRICING POLICY

VasPro Tech reserve the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

The prices quoted may be revised by us subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery cause by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs an any other matter beyond the control of VasPro Tech.  In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.

We also reserve the right to institute new charges at any time, upon notice to you, which may be sent by email or posted on the Website.  Your use of the Services following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or increased charges.

PAYMENTS

You shall pay all applicable fees, as described on the Website or in writing in the case of signed service contracts in connection with such Services selected by you

Payments can be made through various methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, or via check or direct wire transfer.

Payment cards (credit cards and debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer.  If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order or Service.

The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of St Vincent and the Grenadines without regards to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of St Vincent and the Grenadines.  The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in St Vincent and the Grenadines, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.  You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement.  The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify VasPro Tech and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damage or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in connection with or arising from any third party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands asserted against any of them as a result of or relating to your Content, your use of the Website and Services or any wilful misconduct on your part. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

VasPro Tech is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.
